THE POSITION:
This position is located at Head office in Quetta and reports to the Project Manager
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE POSITION:
S/he will ensure the guidance and strategy for access to finance and implemented in all target districts. S/he will also coordinate with designated banks /MFIs for their linkages with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and also facilitate the training events related to financial inclusion at community level. S/he will also regularly coordinate with district team to take update on issues faced by MSMEs supported under this programme for their access to finance and suggested solutions.
More Specifically:
- Implementation of Strategy
- Support the rollout of the access to finance strategy
- Provide operational support and guidance to district teams for implementing financial inclusion components.
- Coordination with Financial Institutions
- Engage and coordinate with designated banks and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) to create sustainable linkages for MSMEs.
- Facilitate meetings and collaboration between financial institutions and community-level MSMEs.
- Community-Level Training and Awareness
- Facilitate and support the planning and execution of financial literacy and inclusion training sessions for community members and MSMEs.
- Ensure training materials are culturally and contextually appropriate and accessible.
- Monitoring and Support
- Maintain regular communication with district teams to track MSMEs’ access to financial services.
- Collect and compile feedback from the field on barriers to financial access and propose solutions in consultation with the Project Manager.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports highlighting achievements, challenges, success stories, and recommended actions.
- Document case studies and best practices related to MSME financial inclusion.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 16 years of education in Master’s in Finance or Social Sciences, or Project Management, or Master’s in Business Administration, or Master’s in Public Administration, or relevant education.
- At least 7 years of related experience in Access to Finance in the development sector or Loan department in Banks, MFIs, and MFBs preferably with access to a finance job role with 01 year of team management role in a renowned international/national organization.
