THE POSITION:

This position is located at Head office in Quetta and reports to the Senior Manager HR.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE POSITION:

S/he will be responsible for hiring process of staff and other HR related tasks like maintenance of personal files of the staff, completion of timesheets, attendance record of district and head office staff, records for health claims, timely disbursement of staff salary and project payroll.

More Specifically:

  • Initiate the hiring process for new inductee for the projects, which includes JDs preparation, Job advertisement and schedule interviews.
  • Prepare report for all hiring process and after approval, issuance of offer letter to selected candidates and further issuance employee contracts
  • Prepare monthly project staff payroll & Donor charging for submission to finance for payment
  • Maintenance Personal files for all project employees with all required documents
  • Prepare attendance record of District and Head Office for payroll process and for preparation of time sheet for all project staff
  • Keep record of life and health insurance policies with addition and deletion of staff
  • Prepare HR notifications/circulars/office memos/notices and circularize these to relevant sections after getting approved from competent authority;
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies and organization’s ethical code of conduct;
  • Develop training schedules for staff on the basis of training need assessment;
  • Review the employees record for any changes in employee status as necessary e.g. change of address, Sectional transfers, pay increases, terminations etc. in HR MIS
  • Periodic reviews of HR record and sharing reports with Senior Manager Admin, Procurement & HR
  • Keep record of probationary period of new employees and require report on probationary period from district and Head Office;
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for higher management on need basis;
  • Responsible for functioning of HRMIS.
  • Any other task assigned by Senior Manager Administration & HR

INTERNAL/EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS internally with all functional departments within organization.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 16 years’ qualification in HR or any other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience in HR
