Job Description:

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Finance Manager with a CA qualification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in donor compliance, financial analysis, corporate and tax matters, and have strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion and Excel. This role requires exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail in financial oversight and reporting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to donors, ensuring full compliance with donor covenants and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and variance reviews to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Oversee and verify expenditures incurred at the sub-recipient level, ensuring accuracy, eligibility, and compliance with donor agreements.
  • Issue management letters based on sub-recipient financial reviews, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate laws, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
  • Handle tax planning, regulatory filings, and correspondence with relevant authorities.
  • Maintain and optimize financial systems, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, reporting, and automation.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Finalist with at least 5 years of post-articles experience.
  • Proven experience in donor reporting, corporate and tax matters, and financial statement preparation.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion and advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
